I will be the first to admit that I don’t really care one bit about awards shows. Red carpets, winners, drama, whatever – I’m just not into it. But what I am pretty into is wearing awesome dresses and going to parties, which is exactly how I celebrated the Oscars at the Nellcote & CBN event.

I was lucky enough to borrow this amazing Keepsake dress from Edith Hart (I’m still having regrets about not buying it – being frugal really is no fun). I love how the embroidery details add a really fun element to a basic black shift dress.
