Maxi dresses are the secret weapon of my wardrobe. Too hot? Don’t actually feel like getting dressed? Need something for a summer dinner party? It’s a maxi dress every time. They’re super comfortable and tend to be a no brainer in terms of getting dressed – just one piece has you instantly pulled together. They’re also so versatile in terms of styling and can look totally different when layered or dressed up with accessories (exhibit A: my recent stripes and chambray combo).
